We perform all of our own: foundations, concrete, flatwork/super flat concrete, tilt-Wall/tilt wall erection, steel erection, certified welding, standing seam roof installation, carpentry-finish, and rough carpentry, hollow metal frames/doors/hardware installation.
Experience modifiers are calculated by organizations known as “rating bureaus” and rely on information reported by insurance companies. The rating bureau used by most states is the NCCI, the National Council on Compensation Insurance. NC Sturgeon has worked hard to maintain safe work environments and an industry leading NCCI rating.
